Since there is a huge collection of commands, I will split it to 4 ranks -

Guest, Miner, Builder, and Admin

I will implement this once I know how ;)
Probably my brother will help me with this.

EDIT - And Mr, we won't do any colors and stuff until we got the basic commands and basic server stuff.
