First of all, the first rank you can get by building is recruit, admin isn't a building rank

To get promoted to recruit, build something awesome, if an operator (players with cyan names) checks your work and likes it, you'll get promoted.

The benefits to becoming a recruit is to build in recruit worlds and the ability to use water and lava (Type /water for water, type /lava for lava).
