Reason for Bot: The bot has many helpful commands that basically make life simpler. Some of the commands I use most of all are:
.cuboid for filling up large areas quickly
.erase for erasing large areas
.copy and .paste for obvious reasons
Extra Information: I will only use it where it is necessary.

From my understanding (asked a few OPs) anyone is allowed to make an application for using one, so why not try?

Guess I missed that point sorry, I'm in the works of applying for builder rank so I guess I'll make another after that.
