Im pretty sure that you have to be a recruit for at least 3 days before applying for a builder position.
But your builds look pretty nice :d
And i dont think taking fire from a volcano with a stick would work, seeing as the intense heat coming from the lava, would reduce the wooden stick to nothing. :d
