Briefly describe all your creations:I made a epic face, a crapy house, a super tall house with a bunch of floors, a
floating house in the sky with 3 floors and furniture, a Castle with 3 floors cannons a water elevator complete with
floor numbers a staircase too many bedrooms to count a library a pool on 3 floors bathrooms a conference room windows
(our styled) and a roof with a flag, and a (HALO) Warthog.

You will have to build more than just Warthog to make a difference in the outcome of your applications. Make more detailed and bigger builds if you want to have a good chance at getting promoted. You can take a look at the accepted applications for some guidance on what kind of builds the other builders have made.
