I don't know, from the looks of that picture you posted you're either at the max height or about two or three blocks away.
If you're really curious, type /winfo and it'll tell you the dimensions of the world you're currently on. Then you can use /measure to see how tall it is from the ground to the highest point of your work. Something tells me you won't like what you see if you do
