That, my friend, is where mods come in I got bored of it probably sooner than a few weeks, but now I play with mods all the time.
But yeah, its cheap and mods are free, so fun for all

Minecraft is really what you make of it, there are very little goals so you have to make them yourself. It's certainly fun if you like making contraptions. When I got bored I set up a server and got loads of fun plugins.
