Bots
« on: September 17, 2011, 11:07:54 am »
I was bored and did a little search on bots.
I know that our server has optibot for crafter+ etc, and am not trying to use bots on this server.
What I want to know is this: will a guest be able to use bots on my server?

I don't think cuboid uses Optibot any more...
You are allowed bots on Opticraft, but you need to make a bot application and it needs to be accepted.
I don't think guests can use bots on your server, but heck, give it a try! :)

Bots are disabled server-side and the rules clearly state, "No bots". So there is not point unless you want to break the rules.

As Tobs said, they are disabled.
So even if you try to add a bot, it won't work.

Bots can be enabled or disabled in opticraft.ini.
It's up to you if you want to allow them or not. (I'm assuming by "my server" you mean a server that runs Opticraft)
