is it yours now? if it is just sell it on ebay.
Ehh i dont like selling on ebay. I always get way less than what i want. If I sold it, i'd sell it locally.

As for RAM, more is always better. Assuming it's triple channel and actually configured to run at a decent speed. You'd be surprised how many people spend big bucks on 1600mhz overclocker memory just to run it at 800mhz because they assumed their computer would auto-configure it lol.
More might be better but it certainly is not worth the money.

I'm sure u can get a big performance gain from overclocking, but if your CPU will run a game over 60fps without overclocking, there really is no point to do it. You also have to take into account that not everyone knows how to overclock and not everyone has an aftermarket cpu cooler.

To this day, if i was going to build a computer again, i would still go with a phenom II. While it is not nearly as good as an i5 or i7 (especially sandy bridge), when you overclock it, it will max out any game. (amd actually set the world record for stable overclock with a phenom II (7.1ghz) then broke it with their new line of cpu's called bulldozer (8.428ghz)

It is more wise to spend money on a gpu than a cpu since most high end cpus are just overkill.

Anyone know what a good price would be for it, if I were to sell it?

If its a gtx 295 (which you should make sure lol) It is an older card but still a pretty damn good card. It is actually 2 gpu's in a single card.

Dunno but when you after you sell it, buy 2x gtx580s and run them in SLI. Wiiiiin.

Or just buy another gtx 295 and run SLI. Slightly less win.

1 GTX 580 maxes most games to date so both of those options are really overkill. (Dice has said that there isnt a GPU out that can max out BF3 but we will see how true that is) we also dont know if the motherboard is sli capable and he most likely doesn't have the cash to buy 2 580's.

As for selling the computer, you most likely wont get anything worthy of selling because there are so many parts within a computer that can break that most people are really hesitant to buy a used computer that costs a lot. If you only have your laptop why not use this as a desktop?

Yeah, but you're still going to win. You'll even win at things you aren't supposed to win at. Like yelling. And exercise.
