In the nicest way possible to the creators, this is a joke. It will never work. (Well it may, but I would be extremely suprised). How much can you teach with a blocky game? Possibly for a very young age yes, if they learned how to play, but I suspect most older children's course would be too complecated to show with blocks.

Yeah, no.

The only way I can imagine this is with some rich public school with laptops for all the 12 year old kids, and one week they will be studying architecture and just slightly dip their feet into minecraft. But overall, no. This is a dumb idea.

It's a neat idea in my opinion, but there are probably far better programs to use to teach this kind of stuff.  Especially ones that will be more useful to know how to navigate around in at a later time.

Minecrafts blocks are too big, one meter for a block? Who would want to make a 1 meter thick wall, that is huge. I say they don't use minecraft for educational purposes, there are plenty of other good programs out there.

Uh... No.

There is no way this can serve any effective purpose.
