How do you get to be operator?

Hey guys um how do i become an op is there something spiecial i need to do to become op because whenever i ask someone they say like "Because we're awesome" or "Because i like it" things like that but i want to become op plz because i'm on like ALL the time so i could op for you guys or if you guys want i could become temporary op for a while but plz message back

1) Dont post like this, with red background, please.
2) First of all, you have to get the required ranks to apply for Op.
3) Ranks, guest,member, recruit, and Builder.
4) when you are a builder, you have worked a lot to get that rank, and the community trusts you.
5) When you apply, you get On Trial, that you are under a test.
6) You get accepted, and then you are an Operator..

ryan if you are talking abut beta then you cant apply for OP, admins hand pick the OP's.
