What's happening with the server guys 5 times in a single day in different hours i login and i see max 5guests some recruits 1 builder and nothing else. It's strange. Anyone know why? I hope there is no other post like that(cant read everything on the forum).
Edit: There are more people on the forum than ingame atm.

this has been going on for weeks, the lowest ive seen is 4, me, 1 member and 2 guests the member and a guest was also AFK at that time. a few days ago i did see around 20+ people on, so it varies.

this has been going on for almost a month now, so its not new

Its because we aren't on the first page on the classic server list currently, hopefully soon we'll get back there!

Friday we had gone back to the first page and we had 133 players at a time, but then the next day we were off again.

The past few weeks have been like this and with no solution resolved. I might offer a theory that minecraft.net might not be sorting by uptimes anymore...

It is because we are not top of the list, and getting there is a bit of a crapshoot. Minecraft.net is not reliably sorting by uptime, otherwise we would be #1 - considering we havent restarted in over 9 weeks (2 months+)

Opticrafts uptime was 9 weeks when Minecraft.net was having problems. It was all fixed and there were 100+ guests on the following 2 days. But the server was reset 1 day ago, which is the cause of the lack of guests on the server. As far as im aware Minecraft.net is all fixed now, its just the server reset that took us of the top of the list.

All we need to fix that is to reload the irc plugin, but that is for admin+ and I've been trying to get optical to do that. (/plugin reload irc)
