You must have miss understood him. Swastikas, pornography, griefing, etc is not allowed in any world. This also goes with harassing other users, and any other rule.

If people want to erect large penis statues on their private worlds they payed for, i don't really care. It is a private world. Though the admins may feel different about it, i don't think they need to be policed by ops. Only the owner and those who her or she gives access to will be able to build on them.

For the record, I did not make any of the vulgar builds, I just made the llama and watched gurgonis and spikey make them. Tobs was also not evolved in the making of the vulgar builds.
