OH i see.

Well get a chest, a sign, and what you want to sell/buy.
Now, plac your chest, put items you want to sell in it.
Then palce a sign like this:

[Empty-line]      it will put your name automatically when placed
[amount to sell with one click]      EX: 64   
[price] (B#:S#)                         EX: B2:S1
[Name of item]                           EX: cobblestone

That example would sell  64 cobblestone for $2 and if someone sold 64 cobblestone to you, you'd pay $1
