But I can type faster when I know what I want to say. It's just copying words that Make no sense when put in to a sentence I don't like.

Same here.. I get about 50+ words. It needs practise to get u self right and within the boundaries it has. At the second time I did 30 wrong words.
I have the same problem with redchecks. WHen I know what to write I am faster..
But, my effectiveness was increased when I was reading the next words.
