In Beta, what is your dream home like?  Mine is made out of Diamond Blocks, with Glowstone-lit fireplaces, 8 Furnaces, 20 Large Chests, 10 of which filled with stacks of Golden Apples, a single Crafting Table, and a 20 lever long code Iron Door, with a easy secret to open, not said here.

Obsidian and red wool. On a floating island. With mindblowing piston engineering (I am talking about bridges building and being taken apart in front of you, houses doubling in size etc.).

Inside:

1. Bed.
5. Furnaces
5. Double Chests.
1. Crafting Table.
1. Water Spring.
5. Lava Tubes for lighting.


Then, below, I would have a Minecart Track appearing from nowhere (Pistons), leading to a mine. This Minecart track would be fully automated, and carts would run each 10 seconds.

In Mine:

200. Chests (Sorted by material)
10. Slave miners.
1. Crafting table (For miners to make materials).
1. Tree Farm.
1. Cactus Farm.
1. Sugarcane farm.
1. Wheat farm.
2. Slave farmers.
6. Mob spawners (3 skeletons for bonemeal, 2 creeper for gunpowder, 1 slime for balls.)
3. Slave mob farmers.
1. Cow farm.
1. Pig farm.
1. Chicken farm.
2. Slave farmers.
1. Arrow Fletcher.
1. Quaters for "Next level Redstone Engineer" with test circuit (He keeps the house working, improving etc.)
1. Quaters for 5 "Slave defenders" to keep the house safe incase of attack. It also has mob spawners (Including 1 giant spawner (Only put on occasionally) for their training. (2 are archers, 3 are swordsmen).
1. Demolition man. (Uses TNT for whatever anyone else needs. When not helping, he sets up expert booby traps around the perimiters).
5. All purpose scout slaves (Hunt down ravines/caves rich with ores/mob spawners/invaders etc.)

NB: All slaves/workers love me, and will never revolt.
I am out of ideas for now

In Beta, what is your dream home like?

Last I checked minecraft isn't in beta anymore.

But anyway, I would like a home made out of wooden planks, white wool, and glass. Infact, I would like it just like Xephos's house on his singleplayer world with the buildcraft stuff and uranium powerplant basement.

A builder who would actually make me a "Next level redstone" house, miners who would actually mine, etc.

I may start playing survival again <3

Also, my other ideal home:

Nomad hut. Idea is to travel light, keep walking far, take what you can carry, leave at crack of dawn each day. A fun life, overall.

Just realised what you meant I meant one for animals, one for crops (Trees, wheat, sugarcane etc.)

Also, suggesting this mod idea on Minecraft Forum, doubt I will get many answers

Claw a lot of people are commenting on minecolony, maybe you should look into that.
