Good to see the server is being worked on, can't wait til it's online!
I have a suggestion: Quests - You get rewards for collecting a certain item. For example:
Quest: Obtain 10 Fish.
Reward: 10 Iron Ingots.
This doesn't have to be complicated at all, just a simple 'collect' and 'recieve' system.
I've looked around on bukkit and I've only been able to find 1 pluggin that would work with this. It's a plugin that allows you to view the quests, and once you get the right amount of an item for a quest, a message displays saying you have completed a quest.
So far there is no plugin I can find that has a command based 'trading' system. By that I mean if you were to have obtained 10 fish, and you wanted your reward you can not simply type (for example) /questreward and get your reward automatically, which then means the reward must be manually given to you. Unless a plugin can be found to do this.
Just a suggestion, I have this on my server, and everyone seems to enjoy it.

When you say there will be a market does this mean the chestshop pluggin, and if so will all ranks be able to make there own shops, and will there be items we can sell that arnt available in the market, so we can have a supply and demand type of thing going?

By market we mean you can sell and buy items from the server. Only basic blocks will be sold by the server, we are exploring possibilities for user shops but that most likely wont come until the server has been up and running for a while. Blocks will be sold at a MUCH higher price than the server will pay you for those blocks. Example: Say you sell a stack of stone to the server you might get $20 but a stack of stone will cost $50. (prices are just made up in this example)

Yes but there is no way to make sure they give you the item you ask for, and there is no way to make sure a player pays your for an item as of right now.
