WELL I can offer an explanation for that, I've attempted to study this before.
The people that spell like this are the people who don't do well in school. When they are questioned about said spelling their response is
usually something along the lines of (I quote what someone said to me) "why da fak would i do dat? dis aint an essay fukwit, lolol you are stoopid for tinking dis"
Therefore I put forward the theory that they fail so badly at essay's that they demise the thought of actually trying to seem intelligent.
