Don't feel sorry for the guy (Omaroo's friend), I would feel more sorry for omaroo.

Omar, don't blame yourself for what happened, everything happens for a reason. It is all meant to be.
Try looking at it this way, you should be happy you spent the last moments of his life beside him, even if it was kind of a horrible way of going away.
But look forward to the future, and make your proud.
