Actually, optical and relkeb allow this as of now. Just a few days ago, i was advertising for mineimg.com, a photo uploading site that im a staff member of. One of our ban rules somewhere (i cant remember exactly where; perhaps the ban appeal rules thread) states that u cant make another account to bypass ur ban. If you are found out, u will be ip banned. So technically we have a "no loophole" system in place, not sure how developed it is but again, its one of those "obvious" rules.Overall, i think u have good ideas as a general layout and i support ur organization. Its just about half of those rules are already something we have established. Some other rules i cannot agree with because they are unjust or unfair to the player and despite our rules, we want to give the player a fun time on the server. Just remember that rules are good but people need to have some fun, as long as it doesnt annoy or disrupt anybody negatively.
