I think mini-modding is fine so long as they acknowledge they aren't operators/moderators. In forums, it won't really work as effectively to mini-mod (considering OPs are always here ) but on classic, in the absence of an op, many members, recruits, builders and crafters come together to help advise the people of the server.  In a way, when someone mini-mods, all they wants to do is help the person. We do not mean to upset moderators/operators, as it may just be our nature as human beings to help or advise others.

Going off topic for a bit-- There is no mini-modding rule, according to the server administration. We aren't even sure why Paul put that in the Classic Rules thread in the first place (as it has now been removed from there)

Please read my last post in the link that Elite had provided. That pretty much sums up the entire situation with the Mini-Modding discussion.
