I sure hope this isn't a necropost, some parts of the forum dont raise my post count when I post in them. Can you add a section about which parts of the forum affect post count? Thanks!

Actually, I think it is after you have posted very frequently that it stops counting your posts. I remember being very active on the forums and noticing that after a while my post count stopped increasing. Optical probably does this so that a user can't spam on 1 post and get 1,000 posts I'm not sure about it not counting posts in offtopic. I seem to remember them counting, but I am not sure.

I think we went pretty offtopic since reply 35. Honestly you shouldnt ask for a rank upgrade/rank transfer here. If people are truly concerned about their ranks, they can pm any of the many staff members to help them out. The forums does not need to know about it.

I've already written the forum ranks part so the replies are essentially just feedback ("thanks for this topic", "you missed something", etc) and of course questions. Feedback and questions do not include asking for rank upgrades.

Ya since reply 35, it went from someone asking for a rank to extremely useless comments. We all had our fun (including me)...now its time to get rid of this and stay on topic.

So I request reply 35-current reply to be deleted. I'll make sure to add to the OP that people should not ask for ranks and stay on topic.

I don't think the developer rank is on here, though. dejected is just SMP Moderator (or op, idr) on the forum.

He has his own rank + blue 5 stars like an admin. It's your choice to add him but I recommend to do so.
