You know what's good about waking up sick?

You get to spend the whole day at the couch watching TV, eating sandwiches and orange juice while watching marathons of shows on TV.

I miss those.

Hope you feel better, Kian!

DJ's Wisdom:
  • When you eat or drink today, make sure not to rush into your food but eat and drink it slowly.
  • Drink lots of tea and/or the occasional soda/seltzer water (I personally suggest seltzer or ginger ale). Trust me it helps release the gases and nausea, as well as cleanse your stomach (may throw up a few times but its good. If you are honestly feeling better, then just take the tea approach).
  • Drink plenty of water to keep hydrated.
  • Eat foods that are easy on your stomach like soup, noodles and boiled potatoes.
  • Don't lie down right after eating but instead just sit up for a while
  • Most of all, get plenty of rest when you can.

Hope I could have helped!  ;D

Drink none carbonated coke. If it has carbonation, just microwave it and the carbonation will go away, or just let it sit out for a few hours.

But whatever you do... DON'T put the can in the microwave!

I wish I would miss a day of school because of sickness but that only happens when I'm on vacation.
