Why wont certain Moderators answer me?

I was just wondering why whenever I ask for help when certain mods are on they never answer me at all. I keep asking and asking for help with one simple thing and they never say anything to me. But when someone else says something right after I DO THEY ANSWER THEM WITHOUT MISSING A BEAT. It just really gets on my nerves when this happens all I wanted was a piece of netherack lit. So why does this happen. I aint gonna name any names on here but if you want me too just message me.

Some mods are lazy, or they had a bad day. I was one of those that answered without missing a beat.

To answer your questions, some mods could be lazy, but a lot of the times they are either already helping people, or are afk when you ask. I highly doubt they are ignoring you specifically if they are helping others. But we do pay attention to these things.

I'll admit to my part, when I get into building my project I basically zone out the chat without realizing and when I see the chat usually someones asking for the help and I wonder how long they have been asking and sorta feel bad. Hopefully I can be more helpful.

A lot of times I will get caught up in whatever I am doing, and completely zone out of the chat. If I do see that someone wants help, normally I will go right over or answer their question, but sometimes I am unable to. I try, I promise. >.<
