New theme and top voters page

I think the lettering for the word 'Opticraft' is too halloweenish, especially with the the new colours of dark grey/black and orange.

One thing i would suggest is having a different colour at the top of each section on the home page, where it says "user info" "stats" etc maybe this could be a different colour as at the moment it is white and blends it to much would be nice to have something to distinguish each feature on the home page.

The new theme that is shown above, with the redstone, is too common.
I dont like it.. The letters are too easy to be fixed.. They are thin..
The Word "Opticraft" as it is now, is very cool.

That is because we are going for a professional look, not a "hey look at our cool banner" look. I chose orange to fit the site theme. Plus, as dejected stated, the block changes.

I don't know how you made that awesome background or what, but I think it looks EPIC!
I think that will really suit the website - with the changing block. I do like the current Opticraft logo but it seems kinda familiar- that font..... anyway... I think It's gonna be a great and epic success

I may not like that new facelift, but please Optical, please make bigger the letters. I use 15.4" screen and I have 115% the browser. Its so annoying.. At least for the Topics. I dotn care for the rest..

First off, I like the new background and layout

Secondly, this is a suggestion for the donate page.
I noticed the classic donation page had 'No rewards - Simple donation - You choose!' option. So maybe you could also add that to the SMP donate page too (since a lot more people will be viewing the SMP page)
Or another idea would to have it as its own category underneath 'SMP' and 'Classic' ?

opti's complaint about the theme with the background is that it somewhat conflicts with the fancy menu at the top. the menu "just doesn't blend right with the background," and i can somewhat agree with it.

if anyone has a suggestion on how to make the top bar conflict less with the background image, please speak up in this topic.

- fixed the conflict with the bar at the top (now it's a smooth curve! yay!)
- removed tacky and unattractive ALLCAPS menu items
- very slight drop shadow on menu items to accent the drop shadow on the logo (i am good at making up bs reasons for things!)

EDIT -Something like 200 refreshes later... How about a 1% chance, or 0.5%? 0.06666% seems a bit like its made not to be found, instead of made to be found as a cool bonus

edit: by old, i mean the default smf one, pre-facelift :p
