Diamond Pricing
« on: February 26, 2012, 10:38:01 pm »
Hello everyone!

I'm fairly new to the server but have had some success at finding diamonds.
I've set up a pricing system for the diamonds I am selling based on the rank of the buyer.

Moderators - $100 a diamond

Trusted Members - $150 a diamond

Members & Guests - $200 a diamond

I hope to do business with you!

Seems a bit unfair to charge the lower ranks more.
~ Maybe you could just sell the diamond for the same price to everyone.
~ If you want to use different prices try using it the other way round, seeing as mods and trusted are more likely to have more money that a Guest/Member

Lol.. I think that the prices should be the opposite.
Guests have no money to get the diamonds at 200$.
But mods, have the ability to buy them, and many of them..
Anyway, its your choice..

It should be $100  for guests/members, stay the same for trusted, and be $200 for the mods, because spam is right, members/guests generally have less money than trusted/mods.

It should be same for trusted and guest. What is the difference? For Mods though, they can fly...

As if diamond ores are very far up :P

We're not allowed to fly while mining also.

Thanks for everyone's input. I didn't expect this many replies!

I just wanted to remind everyone that this list is not server-wide.
These prices were set by me alone, and I didn't intend for anyone to interpret
that everyone had to sell diamonds by these prices.

I may decide to shift the prices soon, and I see the logic in reversing the
ranked prices (members/guests paying the least), but I'm keeping it like this
for now. As far as I know, the prices I am offering are some of the cheapest on
the server. I simply can't afford to sell everyone diamonds for $100.

Again, thanks for everyone's input!

Making the guests/newbies pay more is a bit accessive, most dont have enough money for pricy items but need supplies to get started. i may add that im not trusted and u and i did buisness for $150 and it all was smooth, for the most part trust worthy, and fast. btw thnx for the buisness and the great deal :)
