Here is mine, its quite embarassing.

                              While i was playing on Opticraft's smp server i was swimming in a underwater ravine, as soon as i ascended past the bottom of the sea that wasn't caved in, a squid appeared. the squid scared the living crap out of me. Afterwards i /home'd and took a giant breather.

PS. - Yes the least harmful mob in the game scared the **** out of me.

Lol, scariest and only scary moment was when squids came out in 1.6, 1.7? and I thought they would attack me, so I got all ready to look for one, and I saw it and I flipped out.

Other than that, nothing really scares me.

My scariest moment in Minecraft:
This was the first ever time I had played MC and I hadn't much of a clue of what ANYTHING was. I had stumbled upon a cave and had been searching it for a while when a block with a (what I described at the moment as) 'Block with a spinning man inside' had caught my eye. I had no clue what it was so I walked up to it and was bombarded by 3 zombies.
My reaction: Went a little something like this... :key board: waxsdwqexwcawd, *click*X99999. Me: F******Ck.

My scariest encounter was in Beta 1.7.3. I had just found my first diamonds in that world. I was next to lava in a cave. I was looking at the lava but turned around. Creeper! And i started punching it but I moved backwards into the lava...

Mine: I was playin singleplayer and I fell into a huge cave. This was in 1.0 so I was looking for a stronghold. I was throwing some endermen eyes and I saw some stone brick. I was like "hell yea I found a stronghold" and I heard this fricken creepy noise behind me. It seemed to be coming from all directions and I was creeped out. Finally I saw something appear real quick in front of me then dissapear. Guess what I did next? Hit my power button. After doing a little research, I discovered it was just an enderman and his new noise. This is why they still scare the crap outta me to this day. O_0

well here's mine: i was mining in a really good dungeon and found some coal (found other diamond's,gold ect.(ran out of torches) so) i  made some torches and found some more diamond's,so i stood on it (that is so dumb!) and broke it.Then i found myself drowning in lava, and scared the living *** **** out of me.

so i clicked respawn, but all my **** went into the lava and burnet)

My scariest moment: When an enderman stabbed me and sucked my soul while i was peacefully watching TV.

No but seriously. My scariest moment was when I accidently hit an untamed wolf. I had a whole pack of angry wolves attacking me after that and they chased me for half an hour before they finally killed me. I had no armor on but it was the first time I got attacked by wolves.

My scariest moment in minecraft, was when i first bought the game, and i played on single player, and everytime i saw a creeper, i logged out, and deleted my saved world....And i found the BEST cavern.

When me and Ramkitty were doing some Mob-Spawning PVP and then Ram spawned Cave Spiders when I wasn't looking

OMG, I'll never forget the first time I ever saw a zombie!
I thought it was a friend as it was following me :S
Then I started to lose damage!! - I died
After dying, I tried to get my revenge and then I was creeper bombed!

Every time I see lava while mining I jump in real life. Endermen also scared me a little...

Ah yes! lava seriously gives me the creeps!
Coz its like, you just mining and found some gold, so you did down to get it then BOOM! there's lava underneath you!
Endermen aren't scary, they are just annoying idiots

i was digging out holes for glass on my first time playing minecraft at all, no server. i digged my first hole, and a creeper was staring at me. i covored the hole and it exploded. i died. i told my freinds after that

My scariest moment was when I started playing with the difficulty on and I was playing really late at night (around midnight) with the lights off and my headphones in with the sound cranked up. I found this cave, went in and heard a zombie.... I almost jumped out of my skin.... (in real life)
