I dont scare with something. I mean real scare..
SMP: I have faced sometimes the death in-game, and I went so close. Even yesterday, in my slime-farm, I have left over with half a hurt. I closed the doors, and I went out to refill.

Classic: Probably Relkeb knows for what I am talking about..
I did some actions based on some stated. I trusted that person and the result was to read against me the words "F*** u", and some other. That was a scary moment because I thought I was losing my trusted profil that I had built with 5-6 months of daily gameplay.
I thought I am gonna get banned, but that didnt happen. Anyway, that was a lesson to trust nobody but a few. The people I could trust already have special permission on things that have value for me in-game.

Ah yes! lava seriously gives me the creeps!
Coz its like, you just mining and found some gold, so you did down to get it then BOOM! there's lava underneath you!
Endermen aren't scary, they are just annoying idiots

also another stupid scary thing was...
I was in the nether with 2 guys behind me and there was lava in front of me.
I jumped and clicked 'T' to type /home but I accidentally clicked 'E'
