I normally dig straight down and just keep mining in a straight line and just warp home when I'm done... I hope you guys don't accidentally ban an innocent person

I have seen so many straight tunnels that pass from my mineshaft and are like someone has used Xray mods.
Who did I understood it? Nowhere torches existed.. Someone used that mod, because probably just the X-ray texture pack has not an automated option for light.

torches.......hmm... I never seem to have torches whenever i go mining - probably coz i'm too lazy to carry any.
I keep my precious coal in my furnace

I have my brightness on bright otherwise, I find it hard to see......so I go mining with someone else so they can supply torches

I think a lot of people use strip mines, so as long as you stay to straight paths it should be fine xD

On topic:
I currently own 6 Coal Ore plots... Personally I think you have more versatility using Coal Ores, so they are better.
But then a large plot would be very useful if you have a large project or a redstone project or a spawn trap etc.

Yeah I want to be able to play fair on the server without anyone cheating and using xray and remember same goes for griefing too

I'm not yet an smp player (having some problem with my prepayed card and didnt buy the full game yet) but... what about installing in the map some x-ray trap??? I think something like grief-trap in classic server.
