I know I've put 3 apps up now, but it's just to see what I need to do next really. I don't mind if I don't get builder yet and I'll understand if this is rejected again

You are very close, but this is not quite enough. Sorry, rejected.
Please build one more build, and make it really good. Better than any of the builds you have now. Make it big, make it creative, use, curves, put everything you've got into it. You've got the potential, show it.
