Server Crash!!!

Its 10:43 am and the server is overall super laggy, it just crashed hard and we can't log in.  I am also the only mod on atm with 149 players on.... we really need to work on more operators? and mods asap, there were many players on and so many in chat needing help and feeling ignored...
I personally wish that when players ask for help that they are at the spot and responding to what they are needing as this would greatly help speed things up, so if your reading this post please make sure if your asking for help that your by the spot you have grief or need water /lava... also we have no idea how your house looks so for us to try and figure out where the grief is.. is not always easy.

Max players you mean? That will only make things worse :/ If you mean mods, then that will sort it out

I believe he meant upgrading the hardware itself, so the server can handle more.

Hardware/Software comes first.  There's no point in having mods if there's no optimum running server to mod on!
But I'm sure he's also planning to add more mods too. I mean EVERYONE has been requesting more mods in SMP due to the increase in population so I'm positive many of those mod applicants will be put on trial soon.  Not just because of the demand but because I know many of them would be capable mods.
