If you wish to become a citizen, you should post a Citizenship application, what you posted is a VISA application... (Visa is for temporary stay)

Last night i had an idea, I could make a small town(If Stettin provided supplies) where people work and whatever the town doesn't use is sent to Stettin.

      The town would still be part of the ZT empire.

Idea has already been considered, and  we want to finish what we have first, before moving on.

It's not that we necssarily need more people; we just need more people to show us that they are active and willing to communicate and be involved.

This is true but as I go around the city there are so many unoccupied houses and of the people that do live in Stettin few work or are ever online.


Also the fact that you have to sign up on the forums and get a Visa and all that stuff takes a long time and people don't want to join because it's so difficult and time consuming.

Actually u r responsible to PROTECT your own works with PROTECTION stones, mods cant be your slave and check the city everyday for griefs.
