Why was I banned?

I have never griefed anyone (though I have suffered quite a bit of it.)
I have never stolen anything.
I have never destroyed anyone's property.
I have followed the rules and instructions of the Mods at all times.

So, if anyone can shed some light on my situation, please do, because I have put a lot of work into my house on this server.

How long should it take for him to respond, because I did no such thing. I am quite unhappy about this.
