I'm not a person that says "just be patient". Here's how you get trusted fast:

1. Join the mumble.

2. Help on a project that you don't have to while a mod is also helping

3. If someone says bye, I'm leaving, etc etc, say bye back. It makes you seem nicer and makes the server look like more of a community.

Golden rules.
Don't ask for it
Don't be too obvious that you want it, like "Hey Relkeb today I gave out free diamonds and a house"
Be known. Talk a lot to people.
Be nice. Don't grief, spam.
Don't get banned. It slows you down, or stops you from getting Trusted indefinitely if it's a big ban.
Be kind to other players. Don't swear too much at them
Don't annoy mods..
And last of all, be on a lot.

I'd have to say that this list about sums it up for the most part.  I mean, you can do a lot of other things as well, but these are the key things that will get you noticed.

- Be active on Mumble so the mods get to know you, the person behind the character.
- Help out, not only mods but everyone who might be looking for help.
- Be active and friendly in the in-game chat.

But the biggest thing is, do NOT ask to be trusted.

If you look at the dates, this topic was started quite some time ago, before I was a Trusted.  And yes, I am a Mod now.  Goes to show you how fast things can happen if you "do it right"...

I know how you felt. I help people ALL THE TIME and i have also been recommended by many people and i have always been ignored. I think that there should be a more organized system, like Trusted applications.
