i'm not sure you are ready for it yet. As you said you are very new to the server, even tho you realy is very active. I just think you should get some more experience before becoming an operator. But if you do get it, man, it's probably gonna be the fastest guest -> operator transition ever @_@

Morten went from guest to recruit to builder to operator to admin in about two weeks, so join date doesnt have that much weight(though it should be a very important factor).

Yes because say someone like an admin who has never this person but has people in the field who they trust, they like our opinion in making the decision. Admins correct me if im wrong.
And KCB38, all applications are like this because, like I said before, higher-ups like our opinion on you.
