Wheres my house?? PLEASE HELP

So I got unbanned today and I joined the game. I spawned in the ocean where I built my house. I type /home and it stays there. I recognize the surroundings and my house is totally gone. It was a good house to. I know no one griefed it because I had 3 coal blocks in it. So what happened. I'm assuming alicia tore it apart but I don't want to assume. Please help!

if you was banned a long time ago and only just been unbanned now then its probably been removed because it might have been pointless to keep a banned persons property then,... X

Drowse helped me out, my house is back. This server has really good support and staff.

We don't remove houses unless they've been there for a really long time. We want to conserve as much space as we can for other, newer players as well.

          im recently new & i had to build my house underground due to lack of room & protection from griefers ... the AMAZING staff on opticraft recovered his house X

My biggest suggestion to new players is to start making money as soon as you can.  If that means selling stacks of cobble for $15 just so you can buy the coal protection stones, then do it.  That's what I did, haven't been griefed yet (fingers crossed)...
