Reason for application: There is a great need for more ops on the server. At around peak time in Aus (7:30 pm - 12 am) there is a shortage of operators and admins online, or there is just one admin getting pounded by requests while trying to do other things. For the last week or so it's only been me and kakakalaa online (another builder) while people are spamming / griefing / asking for promotion / abusing other players, It would be great to have a operator during this time.
Why you should become an operator: I fell in love with this server the first time I played it and will never leave. My time zone is perfect for the 4 - 5 hours of peak time here. I am a very mature and likeable person, but can be stern on the problem makers when needed. I like to try and help players with there issues in or out side of the game. I am a loyal member of the server / forums and will not disappoint if made Operator.
Extra information: I was admin of a high end tier raiding guild in wow for about a year. It required allot of scheduling and maintenance to keep the guild going for so long, but life caught up with me and I just did not have the time to do it anymore (I can give details on the guild if asked). I have hosted & modded custom MW2 lobbies and own a Black Ops server. I would happily take time out from building or anything else to moderate the players.

7PM - 12AM that's really really late at night for most aussies ( not me) and for such a short period of time

Not really, 7PM - 12AM was the main raid time for my Aus guild as well as many others back in WoW. It's usually the only time people can play games due to work / school and such.

It can be those times, does it really matter? All I am trying to say is at 7PM to 12AM Aus time, there are barely any operator or admin in-game to moderate.
