apparently breaking 10 signs because someone steals your money at their "shop" is a no no. i just became a member and donated $15 dollars to you. so I'd appreciate either A. my money refunded, or B. unbanned

A. When you donated the money, you did not read the terms at the bottom of the page that clearly states, no refunds. It says:

B. Probably best not to grief. If you have a problem with something, you ask a mod. No need to rage. If a mod isn't available but you were ripped off, you can come see me (dj301) and I'll provide you with what you didn't get. Otherwise, tell the mods and inform them of what u gave to the person and what happened.

It's no excuse to grief.

If I saw that someone had griefed 300 blocks then I would think their only intention is to grief. 10 blocks could be by mistakes. Meaning 3 days is the right amount and I would happily permanently ban someone for 300 blocks.

With this is mind, please just wait until your unbanned

look on your appeals ppl are pardoned and permanent bans are lifted, i apologize for becoming upset and griefing 10 blocks. you gotta understand this is the only server im playing on i want to be a member for a long time, but honestly 3 days from now I'll be on a diff one so please can you save me the trouble and just pardon this? not gonna happen again

Your ban is incredibly short. Be thankful for that. It appears you wont get your ban shortened, so stop complaining. Also, dont triple post

Bans are not done by a standard, we do it on what we, as individual mods thinks is a reasonable time.
