Nedas321's Epic Castle - For Sale [AUCTION]

Hey Opticrafters we have a castle on the market    Built by nedas321 (and with some slight help from me) we made this piece of architecture!








On behalf of nedas I'm making this post for him.  So the opening bid is $10K (Obviously its worth more than that but you gotta start somewhere)

Bidding will go on for a week so after that the aution will close and highest bidder wins.
All money goes to nedas321 so when the place is sold, pay him in-game to receive it.

Nedas this castle isnt gonna sell in its current state, the theme and arcitecture changes too much and is random, try sticking to a constant material perferably stone brick as it looks nice yet classy. see my castle if u need an example, its the huge one in skyrim city

I'm a little confused about some of the offers in this thread. 10k? 11k? And you want the protection stone?

What person in their right mind would sell a house, including a diamond ore, for less than $55,000, when they can sell a diamond ore back to the /market for $55,000?

I just don't understand the thinking here.

for future reference: small buildings with basic design and basic materials dont go for alot. what people look for is the material, stuff like iron,gold,diamond, ps blocks and ameneties like farms, libraries, location, stuff in that aspect
