why dont  they do their jobs? ive seen alot of people  that needs help and dont get any :s  i did /helpop  twice  and  writed in chat like 5 times  that ive been griefed and i wanted to see how and who it was :S no help  xxroyaldiamondxx is one of them that dont do their JOB!  moderators job is to help other players  not like " bla bla i didnt see that"  thats bad  !  get better moderators please // zingob

Sorry if you feel like you were ignored but like you said with that many people needing help he may of been assisting another user. Don't just cocnclude that we don't do are jobs because I know all the mods ops and admins work hard to keep people in the server happy.

zingob sorry you feel like the moderators are ignoring you, but with so many people on they can only help a limited number of players.

If u want a mod to help you, please use /helpop (reason) . This will catch their attention, as the mods will receive a MSG notifying them that u need them... The reason they don't reply when u shout in the chat box is because, usually tons of ppl are speaking, and ur MSG probably get pushed up, hope this was helpful.
