Reason for application: Server looking for operators that are available in US timezones, I kind of think I deserve it, and I would also like to be more helpful on the server

Extra information: I think I am a good builder, I have made a few higher ranked friends (maybe), I think Slenos is VERY good at building, and I got to builder without hacks. (Plus I like capped smileys like this d:D)
