Edit: never mind, i can't find the operator board. I don't know if I still have not the access or if simply i don't find it... I'll just not ban anyone for the moment (unless they do something "extreme")

It's because you're still a builder on the forum.  Wait for an admin to promote you here, then you'll have access to the Classic Op forum.
