What state is the project in, and what are your plans for its future, if any: Still welcoming more residents to live

Why should we grant this city protection? Constant grief. While I was filling out this application, I came across this HUGE hole right in the floor - bantam2 helped to clear this up although it took some time. After he cleared that up, there was another huge spot of grief!

Optical means that the 'Contributors' will be the only people allowed access to the city.
Any other residence wouldn't be able to do anything there.

A:Trodden is building a giant castle there

B:Al farms can't be harvest there anymore

C:The most players build there own house there

I wouldnt mind being a mayor or anything, but please for now do not include my castle with skyrim, i am seriously considering making it its own city/zone apart from skyrim because of its massive size. I would however take care of skyrim in the best interest of its people but its the admins/Opti's decision

Im glad this got rejected, there are so many unanswered questions, skyrim is a wreck and i cant fix it and dont have the time as of now + there is no list of player contributors exept the arbitrary list of the 4, who are all gone now. This city needs massive overhaul before application and leadership needs to take place.
