Or we can have just one thread, and when theres an op needed, they can post it on  that thread. But then again there is the pm system for that.

PM us, we get an email.  Since I get my email on my phone, I usually get it right away.  That doesn't guarantee that I'll be able to get on, however, so just don't expect me to hop on as soon as I get a PM.  Usually, when I'm available, I'm on anyway.
