Pistons stuck "open"
« on: April 09, 2012, 01:27:03 am »
Anyone have a suggestion for trouble shooting a set of pistons that gets set in the "open" position?   I have 6 rows in the auto-farm that work and this one that stays as if they are always powered on.  All the others work normally.

This one row stays activated even when I completely disable the entire redstone circuit.

This row is on the same power feed as a second set of pistons on the other side.  Those work fine.

Any ideas?

I have issues with pressure plates sticking down.
It's probably a chunk loading and unloading thing.

Thanks Smite.  I checked for bleed over from something else and can't find anything.  It's really odd because pistons equally far away from these are working.

Nyssa - is there anything I can do about that or is it just a permanent "deadzone" in my autofarm?  I've removed and replaced them several times but that doesn't seem to help.

I'll assume it's just a deadzone unless someone has an idea.

Thanks for any suggestions!

hmm something similar happend to me before, my  sticky piston which has 30 signs attached to a wooden plank infront of it refuses to pull back... even when theres no red stones near it.. xp
By the way I removed my post, your post made mine look stupid haha.
