Thanks!  The new club (member+ world) is going to be even better.  I've got it all designed and ready to build.  Just need the member world to open up so I can scout out a good building location and get it started.

The Dark Islands are currently closed...  Sorry for those who've tried to visit.

I'm in the process of decommissioning all of the structures on the island, except the former Club Dark.  The main reason for this is due to gathering up the materials for the new Club Dark once the member+ world is open.  Once my move is complete I'll be selling the island area to anyone who wants it, and makes me a decent offer.  Due to the design of the islands it's the perfect setup for anyone who wants to start a small town.

What will be left behind for purchase;

- The islands with their Enderstone bottoms, grass surfaces, and leaf hedging.
- The main structure (former Club Dark), however the interior will be gutted.
- The wooden submarine, minus the redstone piston engine.
- The Granary (small enclosed wheat farm)
- The underwater structure (2 story complex inside the main island)

What will not be included in the sale;

- The underground structure (small pumpkin farm and nether portal)
- My blaze and netherwart farms (other side of the nether portal)
- The PS stones that currently protect the entire set of islands.
- The rail track that goes between the main island and the long outer island (tunnel will remain).

Bidding will probably start somewhere around 30-40K considering all the work I put into it, and the massive amount of endstone used in the structure, but I'll make a post in the auction area when it's ready to sell.
