Well with lava i cant help due to lack of ability to grab/transfer water/lava but there are some trusted/mod/operator who may be able to help u with that,as for stone i think i will be able to spare few hundred of them as donation from my digging site.
And will make chest that u can use once i allow u to exit my antigrief teleport room     (need one day max for that)

I quess stone....i'l have cobble and he can bake it to stone......but if it is for under the lava then cobble will do just fine and stone or stone bricks with stone slabs can be used on area that are seen,mossy could be used for some parts of city.
I'l give what i can and what i'l have at the time, and he can decide how will be used
