I want t place water for my melon and wheat farm but i cant because of my rank any help on getting a higher rank

Be social help people and get to know the community. Trusted isn't something they just hand out to anyone, you need to work at it.

To add on that, griefing will lower your chances at Trusted, so don't grief.
