I can, however, state that I was one of the mods who witnessed the entire situation and I completely supported the decision to ban.

You were in gary_unicorn and chickenchreep's island that they built. When I told you to leave you didn't, and you made a coal ps to show you were staying. You've been trolling and advertising on the forums while you've been banned, I don't see fit to unban you.

I have to say that a permanent ban is excessive here.  I was out there earlier with Joe and them and this seemed more a political issue than anything.  I'm not sure what exactly he did with the coal protection stone but I don't think it warrants banning him for all eternity.

He used the protection block to stop them from building.
I banned him permanently because this is the second time he has caused problems on the server. This was agreed on by three mods and I'm not going to change my opinions.
