Hmm... At the moment, spamarian offers the best solution.
Some tips:
When you make your email you can put a different email as a target, should you ever request/forget your password.
You ( I actually) cant change the password if you dont know your security question, so chances are your email password has not been changed.
Dont put same passwords (ex email,minecraft,facebook...)
Put capitals,symbols and numbers.
No birthdays (cuz people who know you might try this)
No names ( same)
Change your password frequently ( once in a week/month)
Scan xour computer frequently for spyware and stuff..
And most important: BE CAREFULL WITH WHOM YOU SHARE YOUR PASSWORD.

If you really want a good protection for future hack, here are some password creating tips:

1- Use both capital and small(or how you say in English) letters
2- Use symbols if allowed
3- Use abbreviations that only you know
4- Use both numbers and letters

Example:

create a sentence in your head: Opticraft is the best server ever
Password: @OcItBs18E$

This password I created will be very hard to hack. Notice that I used the first letters of the words in the sentence.
Numbers and symbols I put are totally random. Use whatever you want.
Don't copy the password btw as everybody knows it now

Probably, an attack has happened to the company's databases(Just saying). Probably I will have to change my pass too.

If it is an attack to Minecraft, then you can do nothing as they will hack to the database of Minecraft where all of the passwords and usernames are. Then, there will be nothing changed even if you change your pass. Remember that there was a recent attack on PSN and Sony had to shut down the PSN for a month. Some credit cards' were stolen.

Usernames passwords ect. were compromised and emails were sold to advertising companies for like 10ct.
Anyways.. Better safe than sorry i guess..

TBH. I only bought the account .. and i forgot to ask the E-mail .. But i forgot his name .. So we have no choice .. Just to let my brothers have permissions to all my privacy inside OptiCraft

i will try to hack it back. i once hacked a minecraft account but i did not change anything because i did not even need an account because i already had an account and i did not want to make that person sad like you. well i will try to hack it and i will give it to you. i am saying i will try but i am not saying i can get it back. just trying

Send a mail to Minecraft.
When you enter the mail, change immediately your password, and wait for their reply.
A friend of mine that I am referring above, sent a mail, as he said to me, maybe he didnt, and he still waits.

Nothing happens. If he recovers the code, then the other gets disconnected.

There is no such option. There is only "Remember Password" option. Did you mean that?
